Q. What is self check in?
Once your reservation is complete, and 100% of payments are complete, you will then receive your Access Instructions via email. This email will arrive prior to check-in, as stipulated in your booking confirmation email, which is received at time of booking. You are welcome to let yourselves into the cottage you reserved at check-in time or anytime later. Should you experience and issue, one of our team is available by phone. All relevant instructions for contacting our team are listed in your access email. we highly suggest printing your Access Instruction Email and bringing it with you to the property to ensure you have all necessary details about your stay, our property location, etc.
Q. What time is check in?
Check-in and Check-out times are specific to the cottage you have reserved. Some of our cottages check-in at 3pm & out at 11am. Others, check in at 4pm & out at noon. This allows our team to prepare all the cottages to our ideal standard for your arrival & unmatched experience!
Q. Can I bring pets?
We have two pet friendly cottages: Cottage 3A: Solitude & Sunshine as well as Cottage 3B: Knack for Nature. These cottages each allow one pet up to 50 lbs for a $20 pet fee per stay. Pets are not allowed on any furniture inside the cottages (including beds) and must be on leash at all times while visiting our property. All excrement must be picked up outside & placed in the large exterior trash bin on site. If pet is left unattended in the cottage at any time, it must be in a crate. Please be sure to pack appropriately & bring your own items to wipe off your pet paws, etc. Sometimes in rural areas, dogs get muddy when outside - we do not provide towels for you to clean your pet. Our towels are strictly for human use. We look forward to welcoming you and your travel buddy, but do ask that you respect our pet policies to ensure you are not charged extra for damages.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
Each cottage has a specific maximum occupancy identified. Some cottages are priced "per person", so please be sure to provide accurate guest count at time of reservation to ensure you receive the proper amenities for the group of your size.
